Deely brings with him nearly 20 years of experience in sales and business development in the aluminum and aerospace industry. He has worked with both large multi-national clients and private industry. Deely holds a B.S. Virginia Tech, business certificate from the Wharton School, and is a veteran of the United States Army.
Prior to joining Waples, Deely worked for AMG Aluminum, Apex Tool Group, and PCC/SPS Technologies. As a strategic sales leader, Deely has successfully revamped international sales organizations, increased market share, and consistently outpaced revenue targets. As VP of Sales at Waples he will be responsible for improving market share within aerospace, aligning sales strategy with customers needs, and implementing a sales strategy that consistently drives sustainable revenue growth.
